I love the AI, I went against the wise advice of most of the people in these forums and downloaded all the extra recruitment restrictions. lol any idea how to get rid of them? (deleting files whatever works). Stuff like the war council etc etc.

if your meaning real recruitmen just reinstall 6.1

nope just download 6.1 again and enjoy

If you reinstall 6.1 you are just overwriting existing files.
