Unpacker Problems

I know I've posted this problem before, but I just got a new vista system so I'm having the problems again.

I'm trying to unpack my M2TW contents but I always run into this whenever I run the unpack_all program:

I've turned off UAC and am the sole administrator account on my system. So I don't know what this is talking about.

Any ideas?

Vista doesn't like you. Seriously, last year I had to rewrite the batch file so that it only unpacked one pack file at a time and I had to make sure it was in the default location.

I had this happen to me on XP and resintalling the whole game fixed it for me. Also considering changing the .bat file to read:

destination=..\..\unpacked -verbosity=1

So you can install only your modded files into the game and not everything. Less chance for CTD.
