Default I want a definitive answer about Pagan education!

LOL, OK not to raise my voice, but what is the deal with pagan generals and education? I have read a lot of posts and not seen a firm answer. I get an administratively minded general and it says of course they will learn more in the wilderness. What does that mean?

Is wilderness out in the trees, or sitting by the side of the road? Does he have to sit still and not use movement points like other factions or no? Does it matter if the nearest city has a library or not? Help!!!

"The trouble with fighting for human freedom is that one spends most of one's time defending scoundrels. For it is against scoundrels that oppressive laws are first aimed, and oppression must be stopped at the beginning if it is to be stopped at all." H. L. Mencken

"Liberty is meaningless where the right to utter one’s thoughts and opinions has ceased to exist. That, of all rights, is the dread of tyrants. It is the right which they first of all strike down." Frederick Douglass

    Do pagan factions get schools?
    During education period
    1. Hang out in wilderness
    2. Hang out in settlements with temples
    3. Hang out in castles

All have chances of education if you stay there for the whole turn.

To err is human, but to really foul things up you need a computer.
