I deleted the file directory "The Creative Assembly" to try to uninstall and re install Rome. But when I insert disc I, the install button is grayed out and unclickable. When I press play, nothing happens. Any help? (I have BI as well)

Yeah just deleting the files won't work. You either need to use the uninstall option in the Start menu, or use the uninstall program in the Control Panel.
If you simply delete the folder the entries remain in the Windows Registry and that causes problems at reinstall time.

The directios are pretty straightforward. The start and run icons have been in the same place since before XP. I belive you need this instead.http://www.eusing.com/free_registry_...ry_cleaner.htm. Just download it, install it, run it and let it do the dirty work. I have used it before and it's free.
