Default Need help with this error

This may be a noob question, but then I am one.

Does anyone know what could be causing this effect?
I've tried all sorts of stuff and can't find anything on it.

It appears that some of your vertex's are atached to the wrong bone.
this is easily fixable just follow this guide http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=154262

I checked the vertices with 'edit envelope'but don't see anything strange. the right ones light up on selection of a bone.

Make sure you've used the 'fs_slinger_new, fs_slinger_new' skeleton in the DMB..
