I know this is not Late-Roman-Empire related but it is great anyway. Watch this movie made by Quintus Cincinatus. It is a piece of work! The quality is superb. This guy certainly has a talent!

I can't seem to access the files - all I get is the Filefront Homepage?!?!?
I've just PMed QC to let him know.
QC told me that Filefront removed the links but he'll upload them tomorrow.

Thanks - downloading it now.
Very, very good. It certainly sets the standard. I would like to think we could do something in our period, say the Battle of Adrianople, for example.
The only criticism i would make is that a few more panoramic shots would have been good so that the viewer could see the tactics used by Hannibal, surely one of the greatest taciticians, even allowing for Alexander.
Good job.
Wonderful movie - watched it last night/ early this morning. I agree with Julianus Heraclius about the tactics side of things and think that Adrianople would make a perfect equivalent for our mod. Do we have a late Latin voice mod for IBFD???
I don't think there is one but I don't think either that there was a big difference between classical and late Latin. I mean, the language evolved but it was not a 'new' Latin, at least that's what I believe. If that's true, the Latin mod that already exists could be used.
Yes, that's possible - although the Latin commands in Maurice's 'Strategikon' would be the perfect template for the late Roman mod (I wonder if the other Latin mod used Maurice or another source as I know from RAT threads there is a lot of debate about Roman army verbals commands)?
