Is there any possibility to reduce number of soldiers in the unit? I'd like to make a General Bodyguards real bodyguards - two or three, no more.
Thx

Just edit the unit sizes you want lower. Make it too low and there will be a crash (which you don't want). Keep in mind, 6 is the lowest you can make it on Small unit setting, so start out with 12 and see if that's low enough for you.
That's the most I can tell you; EDU isn't my main area of expertise.
EDIT
Closer examination on my part of the EDU file revealed that all bodyguards already have their size set to 12.![]()
in export_descr_units.txt find the generals bodyguard units stat, and in soldiers line ,
the name of the soldier it refers to the soldiers animation or soldiers lod file names in battle_modeldb, the number 60 is where you set the numnber of soldiers, the number "0" is no longer in use i am afraid, is for unmen animals use for that unit which is none, the 1.6 stands for units mass, it can go as hight as 10 or 12 but 1.0 is normali; note: if you set the mass too high and the enemy mass is set in normal or lower, when ever you charge against that weaker unit , they will be push so hard as 2 or 3 meters in game, like the cavalry charge. just a funny thing.Code:soldier name_of_soldier, 60, 0, 1.6
