Hm...does the AI consider this bad?

So I downloaded this mod (GREAAAAAAT mod) some time ago,and I decided to play it as carthage and I allied Illyria to,soon I believe "counter" the Numidian backstabing and the Roman invasion,but the macedonians decided to hit on the Illyrians and so I had to do something! Before my diplomat reached Illyria the Macedonians had got 2/4 Illyrian cities ! I had to act quickly and got a full stack on my huge navy and sent it there to help them. Soon my stack got there,but it was too late for the Illyrian capital,so I just helped defend their last city,Salona,but I didn't have military acces,or offered assistance agaisnt the Macedonians,but I fought with my stacks,two of the three full stacks of Macedonians up for Salona (guess they did hate Illiryans hard,they had 7 and 10 star generals at it!) but my real question is,having an alliance with the Illyrians and fighting their enemies "unofficially" do they consider it an offense ?

Oh and by the way..the Illyrians have no generals but they are still alive,how ??

Probably the leader only. He had fought but lost again and again and was kicked away to some remote places. The faction is as good as dead.

AI wouldn't consider this help as offense. I had destroyed 1/3 of all ptolemaic fleets sailed to greece - each with full-stack on it! And everytime they accepted cease-fire and trade-right just next turn. Until I finally invade egypt and made them homeless

It didn't really matter if they liked it or not,some turn later the Macedonians attacked Salona and I couldn't protect them,I was fighting the Roman/Iberian alliance.
