Using Macedonians from "ATW" for "RTW"

I was just wondering if there was a way to use Macedon's units, faction banner, and other stuff in Rome for the normal Macedon.

Do you mean make Macedon playable in campaign?
If so, edit descr_strat, as so:
-where it says playable, at the top, go to under romans_scipii and write macedon.
-go to where it says macedon in unplayable, and delete it.

Are you talking baout mods? Please be more clear so we can help you.

I know how to make them playable but I would like to make their banners and character models in Rome like they are in Alexander.

Well to change a faction symbol go -

C: Program Files/The Creative Assembly/Rome - Total War/Data/loading screens/Symbols

C: Program Files/The Creative Assembly/Rome - Total War/Data/menu/symbols.

Banners are also in that area. To open these files I suggest using Gimp
