i usually coppy and paste it back into the same folder, just add the .old ending to the name so the game doesnt use it

That's what I do as well. I also keep a separate copy of a fresh install of Stainless Steel 6.1 just in case every thing goes pear-shaped when I'm moddingOriginally Posted by moosey

I make a folder named, imaginatively enough, "backup" at each level of the directory structure into which I copy files. I guess it's the sysadmin in me coming out....
Also, CC's advice to keep a clean copy of SS somewhere is IMHO an absolute "must do".
