I remember from playing this mod a while ago, that you discovered a way to unlock some settings, so spies and assassins also could benefit and get traits from academies and the like. Now I also began modding on my own, and I really think this feature makes RTW a lot more interesting... how did you manage this accomplishment, what does one have to edit to unlock this? (if it's no firm's secret )

I didn't mod this myself, it was Spurius, but I do know that we've changed the experience of the recruited spies, diplomats and assassins based on the building level. You can look in our export_descr_buildings.txt file to see what I mean
