I swear I have scoured every inch of the map with FOW off, and I can't find them. They have to be there somewhere because the game is alerting me on their progress! Where the hell do they hang out?![]()

"My God, I wish we had the 9th Australian Division with us this morning."
- - Major-General Francis de Guingaund, Chief of Staff, Allied Land-Forces Headquarters Europe, D-Day, 1944
"Australian troops had, at Milne Bay, inflicted on the Japanese their first undoubted defeat on land. Some of us may forget that, of all the allies, it was the Australians who first broke the invincibility of the Japanese army."
— Field Marshal Sir William Slim.
They sailed to Americas and unfortunetlly you can't follow in SS 6.1.
Serriouslly, they probablly still have some priests or some other agents somewhere on the big map.
You will have to wait. It will take about 10 to 20 turns for them to appear on the map.
Well I am at my endgame, late era. They still show in the charts and diplomacy screen. You think they just have some residual agents hanging around huh? As a faction I just don't think they exist. :hmmm:

mmm.... so you didn't refer to the Teutonic order? :hmmm:
If you had an announcement for the Timurids, you could wait a long time. The factionslot of the Timurids has been used for another faction, Timurids are no more part of the game (SS 6.x)
Your reffering to the TO right? I dont know the situation but the TO never gets the "Faction Destroyed" message because of the horde status thing. Maybe someone destroyed them without you knowing it?
Oh? Thanks I didn't know about that.

Maybe they hidding in the woods. No toggle_fow will find them. Use spy
The do get the "faction destroyed" thing if all their gens are dead.
This is a common complaint. Myself, I have annihilated them in several campaigns as Liths, Rus, and Novgorod, but I've NEVER gotten the satisfaction of seeing the "faction destroyed" message. Some have suggested that you must kill every agent of theirs: priests, spies, assassins, merchants, ships, whatever.
I think it may be a glitch, because long after their agents should have died off, they are still in the game. One of life's little mysteries, I suppose.
