Right click your desktop, click new shortcut, follow the menues and it will make you one.

Yes I did that but the short cut only takes me to the game files it dosent work like the other short cut.You click it and then it starts the game,This dosent do that how do you make it work like the other short cuts?

You make the shortcut point to the .bat file like mymod.bat or stainlesssteel.bat. I use the browse button to find the .bat file and in the name screen usually name it after the mod without the .bat extension. Hope this helps.

Oh okay,But were can I find the Bat file?I know its in the Medieval Directory but were in the Directory?Thanks for all the help before this.

Let's back up a couple, please. Are you using mymod for a mod folder? If you are, in the default C:\Sega\Medieval II Total War, there is on top a bunch of folders like data, logs, etc. Down below it is all the file this game needs to start. For the mymod folder, you will find a file named mymod.bat. All mod folder and modname.bat files are the same, just change the name.
