cas importer exporter problem

i have save the scipts to the scripts folder then in the utilities i have clicked run script in the utilities but then there is no R:TW import/export in the utilities drop down. can someone help me? i am using 3ds max 2009

When you 'run script' a box should appear with the '.cas' script, you didn't mention it so I'm wondering why?.

Ok, so when you click on the hammer in utilities you should see an R; TW import/export option as per the second image here..No?..

no thats my problem i can't see the r:tw import/ export option

Im using 2008 and when I run the script, there is a box called utilities, in this box is a drop down menu and I can select R:TW Import/Export. Is there a menu like that on yours?

I have 8 as well, I'm pretty sure though that I've seen questions from people with 9 and they had the import export option...Where did you get verx script from ?..

i got the script here (i think), i will try redownloading the script
