Say, Fimbrians, Or Asia Cohors. They add some flavor to the faceless swarms of Legionaries that are so commonplace in my armies. What would I go about doing to recruit them?

I don't know about the asians (maybe you should wait untill the "Res Publica expands" event.
But the Fimbrians aren't recruitable, they were an outcasted legion with a particular history:

Yeah. But I have the Res Publica event already. And Asians I cannot get (unless they are available outside Anatolia)

look at Antioch. Salvor will surely tell you better.
Well, in fact I must admit that I am a bit confused concerning the Asian legions. Are you referring to the Fimbrians? If so, it is as easy as opening the export_descr_buildings.txt file , looking for:
and adding just below:Code:recruit "roman legionary cohort i" 0 requires factions { romans_julii, } and hidden_resource aor_italy recruit "roman legionary cohort i" 0 requires factions { romans_julii, } and marian_reforms and hidden_resource unused
Beware, you must do it twice. One for the muster_field and another for the militia_barracks.Code:recruit "roman princeps" 0 requires factions { romans_julii, } and hidden_resource aor_italy recruit "roman princeps" 0 requires factions { romans_julii, } and marian_reforms and hidden_resource unused
Well, thanks! I will try that!

By the way, before making any changes, please make a copy of the file. Just in case...
Lol, a bit too late for that! No worries, it worked like a charm.
By the way (and sorry to trouble this forum with yet another question) I was attempting to enable the training of the Sertoriani version of the Legionary Cohort as well, but was unable to. Any advice on how to accomplish that?
I put that under both the muster field and the militia barracks.Code:recruit "KA sertoriani legionary" 0 requires factions { romans_julii, } and hidden_resource aor_italy recruit "KA sertoriani legionary" 0 requires factions { romans_julii, } and marian_reforms and hidden_resource unused
EDIT: I managed to enable the recruitment of Hispanic Legionaries, which is cool. But I would still like to do the other type of Legion, the one Sertorius gets when he takes a city in Italy (the one with the black shield with yellow bolts on the sides).

The main problem that we have with the Sertoriani legions is that they share the same model with the Senate legions. But I will give a look at it when I get home, just in case I can imagine something.
Thanks. 'Twould be much appreciated.
