    Yeah heard that it will have 246 players on the map with full chain of command.
    Think it will fail, the lag will no doubt be bad.

    its only a mp game, and its 256, 8 man squads, and a general i guess.... itll be the same as Resistance 2 where each squad does a certain objective or assaulting a base.. idk....

    Both. If a game is on a console, chances are it will suck unless its in a console friendly genre, which it is not. I can understand PS3 + PC, but PS3 only is

    Ive heard the developer is notorious for lack of support and patches, as well as not doing so hot with previous multiplayer titles they have released.

    I will believe it when I see it in all its lagless glory.

    Zipper Interactive are very reliable developers, I have never had any problems with their past games.

    Too bad it wasn't a "real" trailer. All they showed was a pre rendered movie.

    And people, this going to undoubtedly going to be a third person shooter, because that is what Zipper is professional on.

    Please don't start saying stuff until we actually see stuff. I know, a console, and 256 players is really unbelievable but it could work...I hope.

    It's a good trailer as in style.

    256 is not something unbelievable. You play with 50+ people on Call of Duty 4. The graphics probably be much simpler than what's in the trailer and they might find a more efficient way of sending and receiving game data.

    Haha sorry, unbelievable wasn't the right word. But MAG, I can't believe this is what Sony unveiled, I wanted something really nice. I don't want another shooter.

    Ironic isnt it , wolfstein 3d and doom have stuff more common to counsol fps's rather than PC Fps of today.

    256 people is a little overwhelming. even if it works out perfect and the lag is minimal i can just see myself dying every 8 seconds and being surrounded by 35 enemies
