Default CTD's in the middle of battles.

I am trying to play Imperium Julianorum and it worked before.
But I had to reinstall and now the game crashes in almost every battle.
    Its mostly the barbarian factions.
I can watch an army from far away, and I can zoom close as long as the general isn't on the screen.
As soon as the barbarian general comes into the camera view close up, crash.
This happens with all barbarian factions and thats why I think the texture/skin/sprite for the barbarian general/officer is broken.
I do not understand much about this so I wondered If I can change the IJ textures for barbarian officers to the vanilla BI ones.

If it worked before and not now, your install is messed up. Uninstall and reinstall and make sure it is updated to the version required by the mod.

Have you added the -show_err switch to see if there is any error message following the CTD.

Try turning down the graphics level of the game and see if that has any effect.

    Hi Guys.
I found it out. Some of the IJ unit textures caused a ctd on my graphics card.

I came to the same conclusion.
But it was not the games installation that was messed up.
It was something on my system that was different after formatting it.
A driver or a codec or something. Thats why the game suddenly crashes instead of just showing errors.
