I believe that there are some parts of the trading route to Britain in there too, the Carthaginians traded with them to gain copper IIRC.
So the vc's are kind of the same as what you suggested![]()

Add a region in Britain as well then, It's still Silver and Gold, just with less dirt and more tin.
Well, it is already there: that region named "Tribus_Trinovantes" is same as Upper Britain (Britannia Superior for the Romans).
Luc.
Personally I don't like them very much. I think that Carthage should stick to the Mediterranean. They had trade contacts with Britain and maybe northern Gaul, I think that conquering those regions doesn't fit in with the other objectives we have set.

CV, that i agree on the patchworkness of it, i can fill in the gaps, but then the map wont correlate to the actual objectives, its a double edged sword, ill let you guys decide that one.
I think "filling" in the unmarked regions is fine. It would be one thing to have just Babylonia, Lower Egypt, Taurica, Tribus Nervii, and a couple others and fill it in, but since there are some 20-30 regions listed, filling in the in-between areas feels more natural.
Honestly, some nice artwork might be a better use of that space.![]()
Is it possible to fill the other regions, which are likely to be conquered, and are according to the historical boundaries, with a softer shade of the origibal faction color? This would indicate that these regions are not mandatory to be conquered, but likely and historical.

Maraxus, You could paint lighter tone to historical extent(full long list) of faction while highlight/flag the key one. This also the same for other factions.

One in Britain as well perhaps?
I think 5 or so regions in opposite corners (Rome, Athens, Alexandria, Carthage, Britain) would be more interesting and freer for the player.
