I just wish thread with same name haven't been done yet...
Anyway, I think we should decide which factions will get architecture and buildings of North European, South European and Middle Eastern.
First those which are obivious. It should be clear that all northmen factions which are Kingdom of Rohan, Kingdom of Dale and Eriador should have North European architecture and since it fits to those factions very well I think we don't have to change anything in that architecture.
Second obivious factions are Rhûn and Harad. They both should have Middle Eastern architecture but Umbar should have in the beginning some few remaining influences from architecture of Gondor, maybe walls and harbor of Umbar could be same architecture as Gondor has.
But then it becomes harder.
Gondor should probably have South European architecture. I'm not sure is it possible to make new skins for cities in battle map, but if it is Gondor should definiatly have all stone buildings and walls reskinned to white.
Then elves which will be probably hard one. High Elves could use same thing as Gondor, South European architecture reskinned to white. If it's impossible to make new buildings to battle map we should use same thing as with Gondor and High Elves to architecture of Silvan Elves.
Dwarves seem to be quite hard one also. I think dwarves should have same castles as Teutonic Order had in Teutonic Campaign of Kingdoms. Obiviously all their buildings should be stone. Maybe North European architecture with only stone buildings.
Ah, Isengard, Orcs of Misty Mts and Mordor...
These are probably most hard ones. Most of buildings should be skinned black. Isengard, Cirith Ungol and Minas Morgul should have influences from Gondor's architecture and Khazad-dûm, Gundabad and High Pass should have influences from architecture of Dwarves. Maybe walls again.
