Hello I can mod M&B to the extent of adding my own music

I'm playing the starwars mod for 0.960 and can anyone tell me how to implament an NPC from who I can like buy troops from.

You can try going to the Forge Developement thread that can be accessed through the Main page of the Taleworlds Forum.

One More thing How can I remove in the party morale the more men less morale thing it gets on my nerves.

A simple changing of some script files will do the trick, but I don't know which one you should modify though. Explore around the Forge Mod Developement sub-forum, or sign up and post your question directly in the forum.
