ExRM 3.3.3_patch install

Hello.
I'm using 'Vista' and have RTW.BI installed. I think I have the main ExRM 3.2 folder installed ok, it is in the main RTW folder anyway. But I'm having no luck getting the 3.3.3_patch to install. I have used WinRAR before but it stops working when I get to the 'Select All' choice to drag and drop the files into the Data and Doc files within ExRM. I have the 7-zip program and this, I was told will Extract .zip and .rar files. I have so far downloaded 3.3.3_patch and extracted it to the desktop, now I'm stuck though. Whatever I try I cannot get the Data and Doc files to overwright the files within ExRM. Can anyone help with this please.

You need to either turn off the UAC or have full administrative rights to your computer. The security level built into Vista won't let you overwrite files any other way.
