Not working. ! I've installed both parts successfully as administrator and have the icon on desktop. Clicking on brings up error message " Windows can not find Kingdoms.exe ". KIngdoms is on my computer and I've run lots of othe mode ie TATW, Stainless Steel 6.4 and Peninsula Italica without problems. I've also tried moving the East of Rome file into the mod file in M2TW with same outcome.

How is the trait Sparapet going to work. Are the Mamegonians going to be the one who are holding that title or should the other families be able to get the title as well.

And I got a cool idea, what if one of the families unites all of Armenia under one banner shoukd the leader of the familie get the Arkah trait and uniter of Hayastan. that would be cool.

i was thinking that aswell about the Arkah. The sparapet trait will be the strongest and most powerful general will get it it might be possible for the Armenian factions to vote for a sparapet by using the papal_states system but that will be hard. For the Marzpan ancillary/ title i was thinking if the Sassanids somehow elected a Marzpan using the system that the Kingdoms Holy Roman Empire mod did with choosing bishops to represent regions

They look similar yes but still a bit more different

about the WRE i was thinking a sub mod made by us like i was thinking a sub mod to be called West of Rome when in installation you choose the faction you want and they get one settlement in the East of the map. Thats why in the victory conditions for every faction we will have take Italy Region(the southern settlement) if there far away and its hard we make region needed limit very short and if there close then we make the limit long.

Using provinicial campaign we can have a Muslim Caliphate playabale sub mod when you start at 632 different starting locations for some factions though most stay the same, and you get to play as them 4 turns a year.

For Avars provincial campaign same map different starting locations for some starting in 650 with 2 or 4 or if possible 3 turns a year

    3 campaigns system:

    1) Grand Campaign from 451-700 all factions apart from emmerging playable

    2) Provincial Campaign for Caliphate- Same everything same map same factions starting 632-700 4 turns a year 300 turns , just some different starting locations

    3) same as above just Avars are playable and start in 650

    1) all factions playable part from Caliphate and Avars

    2) Caliphate and Avars playable and all other factions playable too

3)Avars playable and all other factions

Here are some suggestions what do you think:

The game is going to be very hard so hard that i doubt you can finish it at the first time just as youre got a good economy weak enemies the Caliphate comes so beat that.

A civil war system every faction/ culture has a shadow faction so if for example your faction leader dies and you have a weak heir and you have more then 20 regions then its likely the less loyal generals and cities will revolt not the rebels though but to the shadow faction. This will be more likely in factions like ERE and Sassanids as they are a mix of peoples.

Taxes will be higher for cities of other religion and taxes go back to normal when the religion converts it will be intresting what you do when taking a city will you exterminate it take the money, or keep the population and take the reward overtime.

The economy will be more spread out as in if we have a major city of Constantinople a few towns which will always stay towns (hidden resources) are a key part of making Constantinoples riches if these towns are lost then yes Constantinople is still making money but not as much as before.

However these small towns have only 3 types of building farming buildings town watch building market and church.. However when you start the game there are 3 things you can pick from in the building line one Farming based, Market based, Religion based. Whichever of these you pick then the building line becomes bigger the farming allows more farming income market based allows a bit more income and better spies from the mother city(Constantinople in this case), religion allows better priests to be trained aswell as in the towns the monastary building which allows training of monks, monks are a chanting unit and a fighting(in other cases this becomes shamans and vartabeds aswell as Islamic this work and Sassanid).

    Smarter invaders

Devastation bonus increased and if you blockade a port or siege city the siege or blockader gains money.

The Shadow factions are strong and will be a problem for sure they will attack and have a couple of high morale units which arnt in the regular roster for the faction. These high moraled units just appear from time to time and join their cause they might get one of these units randomly when sieging or if the town is under siege and the shadow faction is defending depending on the population in the city get quite a couple of these units.

thats remarcable you should increase the curuption level just as barbarian invasion you neaded a strong and skilful leader to hold a large city not to say the large amount of troops we neaded.

the rebels should have units with large experience and leaders with higth comand that should resolve it.

    THATS NICE!!!!!

educatonal sistem well that would be good and we could have a sistem that would only a leader in a city or castle could built or train troops that would make leaders remarcably inportant :hmmm:

imagine i on the first times i played medieval II i wasted generals they were only a cavelary unit that replenished always.

if we intruduced an even more expensive upkeep for leaders we may have to turn down their offers to join our family

Well the civil war system will stop that if the generals(adopted ones) are disloyal then they are dangerous to the nation in two cases. They can revolt and switch sides if a civil war happens and if they somehow become a heir and they arnt a direct relation(son, brother) then civil war is close at hand

I noticed that you put the Lakhmids in Roman culture in the faction list, weren't they Arabs and have the Islamic culture?

If you put the city of Baktra in would it be under Hephalite control? It was a rather developed city and did not look like a city in the steppes, so are you going to make it start with sassanian culture?

there is no space for the Arabs to have their own culture so Lakhmids being under Roman Allieship they are with them, also yes some cities which belong to hepthalite culture will be Sassanid looking with the settlement creator sassanids...

In the thread with the faction list you have the Muslim Caliphate with an Islamic culture, wouldn't he Lakhmids have that or the Sassanian culture look eastern, or is the thread I looked at outdated?

Anyway what ever you choose it will be a great mod.

Islam? Caliphate? In 519 AD? You've got to be kidding... Arabs are either pagans or christians like the Lakhmids or all the Syrians under ERE rule.

As for the Gökturk Khaganate, they rule the steppes from the Black Sea to the Xinjiang from 551 to 747, then they separated. They're the ancestors of all turkic-related people, from the "chinese" Uighurs to the european Bulgars. Some historians link them to the ancient Scythians.

Here's an article on Gökturks, from the few I know It's OK.
