Hi-Res Map Textures

A little while ago I saw a mod that added amazing hi-res textures to the map. I wanted to download it it now I can't find it anywhere. I thought I had seen someone talking about it here but I could be wrong. I've been searching the taleworlds forums for hours looking for it. Anyone here know which mod I am thinking of.

You might be thinking of the Graphical Enhancement mod 2.0 by Zaro.
