No, but there is already an Epirus provincial campaign if you want to try it out. Take a look here.

i followed the directions for installing that epirus campaign and still cant seem to get it to work

It starts up fine for me. Just make sure you use the right version of the campaign. The Epirus folder is for CaesarVincens' XC submod. The Epirote folder is for regular XGM.

Randal: Try the latest version from CaesarVincens posted here, and use the 'Epirus' version, or just download the new version of XGM. The Epirus campaign is included.
