Couldnt Uninstall and reintall. Pls Help

Recently I just formatted my computer and decided to reinstall Medieval total war 2. After installation completed I went to Descr_Strat and modified the content to unlock faction. I think along the way i did some mistake. First it wont let me continue in the game after I chose my faction.. Then I went back to Descr_strat and only put the faction that I wanna play at playable section. Then i went back to start Medieval and this time I received error message that error had oncured and wont be able to start. So I went to control panel to uninstall the software. But instead of uninstall a window of install menu appear and asked me to install... I kept trying this few times and each time same problem.. Wont let me uninstall. So I went to program file and deleted all Sega files. Now I try to reinstall the software but each time I run the program only the America etc... campaign made available. Not Medieval 2 original.

My question is how to totally delete Medieval 2 from my computer? I had deleted them from Program file. Will that be enough? Because i think each time i run the installation from CD, they thought that medieval software is still inside and therefore only offer me the kingdoms campain which i didnt intall at first.

You'll need to give your registry a good cleaning. Try this: http://www.eusing.com/free_registry_...ry_cleaner.htm or any other decent registry cleaner.

Next time you modify the text files, be sure to back up the file before you modify it, then you won't have to go through all this hassle.
