No no, the three submods have seperate downloads and installs.
You choose by downloading the one you want to play.
Look in the "downloads" sticky.
If the mod uses the mod-switch (which I think they all do) you can install more than one.
Then you have a shortcut for every submod.

thanks, just 2 more thing;
so since they have mod switch thing i can istall them all in the same bi directory right like C:\Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War\bi (mine) right? also once i install it can i still play vanilla bi? 1 more thing dose it effect regular vanilla rtw? thank you
It should not trouble vanilla rtw or bi if you install mods with a mod switch.
But having more than one mod installed in the sane folder can cause problems.
Thats why you can just copy your rtw installation and install the next mod there.
As Claagent11 says it may cause problems. I, however, for what it matters, have IJ, Ruina Romae and Rio's mod installed in the same folder and haven't experienced any conflict among them nor with vanilla IB (although, to be honest, I don't play vanilla).
Just remember to Within the rtw folder copy the orig. bi and change the copied bi folder to rio before installing the Rio Mod. This is the only difference..gl

Wich reminds me that I've always wanted to ask you the reason, Rio. Why is that necessary?
Ohhh! I guess that's a good reason. Thanks for the answer
