    *Trainer - (INT/Personal) - If you invest points here you'll "train" troops
    in your army every day by giving them a certain amount of experience points -
    - four for each trooper at Trainer level one. You'll only train troops if
    they're at a lower level than you (all troop types have a level assigned to
    them, generally ranging from 2 to 20) and the bonus per day is tiny, making
    this a crappy skill to invest in. This is, however, the only skill that
    exists that effects your party AND stacks between you and your heroes, but
    still, the bonuses are too small to really be worthwhile. Better to
    concentrate on skills that will keep your good troops alive than build this
    skill to raise good troops faster.
    With all due respect. This is complete and utter BS. Trainer is the best skill in this game. If you have a few heroes with you, each with this at level 4 or 5 and level 15 or more himself, your Swadian Recruits will become Swadian Knigts in almost no time. Even one or two trainers can do wonders to level up your army very quickly.

    This allows you to level up your other heroes and soldiers very very fast. If you don't take it, you're stuck with militias in battles. I can't imagine being a lord with an army without this skill levelling up my Nords to Huscarls and my Vaegirs to elite archers.

    Also, levelling this up doesn't mean you can't have a surgeon in the party. So you can have both trained soldiers and still alive soldiers.

    Seriously, please change that since it may destroy many people's game. And better start using it yourself. It's one useful skill. :-)
