Can anyone give me an actual phone number to Sega's Total War?

It seems that their so called, "Contact Us for Tech Support" is nothing more than a website or forum that requires you to sign up for no apparent reason. I just want a bloody U.S. phone number to complain about their product. I have spent the last four hours just trying to get Medieval and Rome Total War BI installed and nothing worked. I am completely peeved and pissed off that the Total War creators have no care of to solve customer problems other than try and shift the problems to mere message board posts for solutions.

Very few (if any) software publishers (Sega is the publisher of this game, not the developer) provide you with a 'direct-line' for support. Best thing you can do is to register on those sites and post your problems on their support-forum. I'd recommend you search the previous posts as well for solutions to your specific problem.
