Medieval Total War Not Loading Up At Installation

I keep clicking on Install though it keeps closing out and showing me nothing. No error message or anything. Just back to my desktop. What the **** is going on here?

Is it a disc or a download? Either way, in My Computer, see if there are any files besides the autorun.exe.

It's a legit buy as it's the Battle Collection. The Medieval installation shows up when you click on the icon in the C Drive though when I click, Install, it abruptly closes.

Are you an administrator on your computer, and did everything else install fine? Running XP or Vista? 64 bit?

Did it already install and won't open, or will it not install at all?

I am an admin right now on my PC. It will not install at all. It just closes when I click, "Install." I can't even install bloody Barbarian Invasion because it keeps giving me this BS of, "MSS32.dll is not installed and thus cannot execute the application" crap. I've been going at this for four hours and nothing. Lousy games cost me 30 bucks, for what? Bloody crashes and not installing? I have XP, not Vista.

Medieval is over 10 years old and Rome is 8. Installers can get glitches on certain systems no matter how they test them. Be surprised what you may actually learn.
