Minor factions (independant rebels)

I have a question : lot of person mentions this faction (like in the RS mod). But I don't know how to do this for Med II. I also don't know if there's a limit of minor factions.

I would be happy if someone help me

To add a new rebel faction you must edit descr_rebel_factions.txt and add an entry with peasant_revolt as a category. Don't forget to edit rebel_faction_descr.txt.strings.bin as well. You must eventually edit descr_regions.txt to specify the new rebel faction in your regions.

I don't know if there is a limit for the number of minor factions. The only limit I know is that can't specify more than 20 units in descr_rebel_factions.txt.
