HELP: Restricting Knightly Orders to Events

What I want to do is restrict the occurance of Knightly Order Guilds (like the Templars, Teutonics, and Hospitallers) so that they only occur after specific events, namely after the European nations successfully call a crusade against Jerusalem. I'm a bit of a noob, but I wanted to see if it were possible, and if any of you could give me some advice.

have a look at the guilds file and add a condition eg

Guild st_johns_chapter_house
building guild_st_johns_chapter_house

condition I_EventCounter hospitallersfounded_counter = 1

levels 100 250 500

then edit the campaign script and set the counter for this guild eg

declare_counter hospitallersfounded

monitor_event EventCounter EventCounterType hospitallersfounded_counter
and EventCounter > 0

add_events
event historic HOSPITALLERS_FOUNDED
date x y
end_add_events

end_monitor

Add the event to the events file and hey presto.

I would also add a condition to the buildings file for such units as well.
