Help Gold Edition won't work

I bought Gold Edition after playing the game in my friends house for ages.
So I go out buy the game and when I put in the disc it doesn't read so I click autoplay and it runs.

So I install all the games and when I try to play it says that SecuROM has detected Emulsion software or something!
I am like what the hell so I try again then it says wrong CD inserted.

I Installed on all 3 computers in my house. Same Problem!!!!!!

I formatted my computer reinstalled XP still same problem ITS REALLY ANNOYING

What should I do??

I spent €40 and now it wont work

Any kind of software capable of emulating a CD-ROM player will cause this problem. This can be Alcohol / Daemon tools or a simple CD-burning program.

Yeah but I just formatted my computer so what could it be.
I have Nero Smartshop or something my little brother uses it to burn cds for his friends but thats it.

Update: I have deleted it still same problem.....should I uninstall the game then try??

Nero will do it if you have burned any cd/dvd copies it deems copy protected. Since you didn't say what your brother installed to burn cd's I have to assume it's in the class of what Securom classifies emulation software. If you wish to have thsi software installed and play M2TW, contact Securom with this conflict to have it resolved to their satisfaction. Only other choice is don't have it installed at all.

I uninstalled Nero.
Still no avail will I uninstall the game and install it again??

I would say yes so the installer can't find it anymore. Be sure to clean the registry, also.

http://www.eusing.com/free_registry_...ry_cleaner.htm. Download and run this. It will clean your registry for you. And it's free. I have used it. Do it after you uninstall M2TW.
