Unlock units?

Hi,
I got to questions.

1. Maby this is a stupid question, but is there a way to unlock more units for the custom battles? I mean by compleating the campain etc.
It seams like it's so few units to choose from, The teutonic order for etc. only have 14 units to choose from in the custom battle mode.

2. How does Kingdoms change the original game (Medieval 2)?

1. Set the custom battle to all periods instead of only early and you will get all the units that are available in the campaign.

Hey I highly reccomend the Retrofit mod with grand unit add-on to boot if you want to get all the cool features and new units of Kingdoms available in the stndard grand campaign game.

I got that, theres nothing like making your own teutonic order and massacring the danes and english woop woop

There is no new units to unlock, only setting the battle period to all periods.
