about Soldiers experiance

When a soldier get experiance from being in a battle, they will get better at attacking their opponents, with other words they, they will take more damage. The thing i dont know, is if their moral will be higher? Because i've noticed when fighting a unit with silvered experiance are much harder to make them rout then with a unit with none experiance(in which case same unit ofc).

I dont remember how it was in the vanilla medieval 2 or in rome:tw, but is it possible to make a unit with experiance not just be increased in damage rate, but also in armour, in the same way as the damage is increased?
Anyone knows how to change this?

Yup they get a morale bonus as well. Others will have the specifics for how it raises each time, but that is also a component of experience I believe. With archers they get more accurate I know.

Oh, didnt know that, you've noticed this during playing , or do you know this for fact?

Yes achers are more accurate w/ experience. You can see it in a custom battle if you do some trials of 0 exp archers then say 9 exp archers and compare kills.

Experiance bonuses are hardcoded sadly.

I always thought Rome:TW handled experiance a lot better than MTW2 did, gold chevron units were really scary.

Hmm, like you said sad that its hardcorded.. cant understand why it should be
