Ok its 1949, I'm the USSR I've conquered all of Europe and I'm currently crushing Allied forces in Africa, but I can't take Britain the most of the RN rests at the bottom of the channel due to an extensive air campaign but I cannot take Britain! my fledgling navy rules the channel but my troops never get off the beaches, Ive got over 100 divisions in NW France, but still no break through, I'm planning a Nuclear bombing campaign but it has yet to come to fruition, I much of my production is given over to strengthening my navy.

Any Ideas of how to break this deadlock?

Have you taken all the other colonies? Britain usually doesn't defend the home island that much.

*Use a lot of air support. CAS bombers are probably the best for this.
*Attack from multiple seazones, with 3(or 6 if you have researched that naval doctrine) divisions attacking from each side. This will remove the division number penalty.
*Shelling support from ships
*You can also use paratroopers I suppose

Nuking would probably be the most effective way though.

7 Nuclear reactors in Novgorod are just wating to churn out bombs, but I kinda want the IC in intact, as right now the only half decent ally I have is the DDR (and maybe Italy)

My recon suggests they have around 65 divisions in the UK alone, a few in Africa, mainly in Egypt but my pincer movement across North Africa will deal with them shortly.

Have you tried attacking from the north? Scotland may be less defended.

I suggest using nuclear bomb to clean a way into Britain before you launch the assault. 65 divisions are way too much if you want to conquer that island.

you could use paratroopers to take a province with no beaches, then just sail your invasion force right into the port.

My problem is i just rushed twelve divisions into Britian, then my fleet got destroyed... so their stuck...

If you play Germany, two things are VERY important if you want to fight Britain: naval bombers+fighters,(naval bombers are very powerful in this game+fighters to receive air superiority) and CV's. I managed to kill the navy of the UK and the USA(almost)

I have the entire soviet airforce 100+ planes based in NW France who have bombed the channel into the mariana trench and sunk hundreds of ships, but the bastards have more! FFS!

As USSR I invaded Uk from Normandia, after heavy bombing with Tacs and Strats.
Then I embarked a serious army with lot of marines, who dont get negative effect from amphibious attack.
Meanwhile my navy bombarded the shores too.

Once you gained a spearhed in Britain transport your troops there and you must crush them since Uk hasn't a big army at home...Save computer gathers a strong army from Allied soldiers there.

I dont want to make another thread so...uh...

Im playing as U.S.A and rebels or whatever they are just keep spawning in my cities...like wtf.How do I get it down?

And...my transport thingy is red...how do I make it green?

You have rebels as the USA? Something is very wrong. What is your dissent? Check in the upper-right corner, I'm pretty sure it's very high. If it is high, check your production tab, there should be "Consumer Goods" at the top, make sure the slider is not red or your dissent will increase. Dissent causes rioting, decreased IC and poorer military performance.

And I guess you mean your Transport Capacity. Build more convoys.

32% doesn't really mean you're screwed. You can reduce it and continue to play. I think.. I've gotten over it.

In the 1945 Scenario playing as the Soviet Union you get like 60% dissent or more all the time
