Is it possible to put the experience for troops back to how it was with vanilla. ie. bonus to both attack and defence? As oppossed to only attack as we get in kingdoms?

Is it possible to put the experience for troops back to how it was with vanilla. ie. bonus to both attack and defence? As oppossed to only attack as we get in kingdoms?

As far as I know this experience bonus is tied in with morale which I find somewhat more realistic. But in the end I guess it works out the same - they stand up to their foe longer.
