Corruption

Am I able to edit a file or something to just get rid of it? Was really starting to enjoy my empire, then all of a sudden corruption goes from 1000 to 12000! Happened in 2 turns, its really odd. I had to cheat because of it. A faction I was waging war with and destroying had one city left with about 2 full stacks. But corruption is constantly pulling me into the red or under a thousand. I wouldve easily destroyed that last remaining city if corruption let me field an army. But no. Its starting to piss me off big time.

Please dont say "put governors in cities/castles", because all but 3 provinces have governors.

Buildings with Law and Public Order, like Military Barracks and such doesnt help.

And the capital city. I noticed when I moved my capital from Caeserea to Constantinople, it started to happen a few turns before, then when I moved it back and sacked Budapest I was finally back into at least 2000+ profit for a few turns until again I went back to the red.

I cant do anything anymore. Its becoming unplayable which is a shame because this has been really enjoyable.

Im not asking how to deal with it, Im asking if I can get rid of it all together. If you simply cant, then Id like to know other ways of dealing with it apart from the solutions I mentioned.
