Hello,
I've heard that William Wallace has a different model from other Scottish generals in-battle. Does anyone have any screen shots of him?

i dont, but hes pretty much a bad@ss noble highlander or whatever, you know the guys with claymores? hes one of them. he is dismounted and only has 1 hitpoint, and his retinue is pretty much the same as the noble highlanders. its not so much of william wallace himself than the army he brings

Yeh he also has a different model on the campaign map. On the campaign he is the guy on the right on the cover of the game
He isn't wielding a claymore, however. Just a regular sword. As much as I like the movie Braveheart, I'm a bit dissapointed they used that to influence how he looks. Enough with the woad and the kilt already! Wallace would have had decent armour and most probably a beard.
He's useless in battle, just charge him with knights...
So he doesn't have a two-handed sword? Just a regular sword and no shield? That stinks.![]()
When I faced Wallace he was one tough nut to crack. I massacred his entire bodyguard but he refused to rout and just stood there alone slashing at the forty or so knights attacking him. He killed around twenty before I withdrew them and sent in two units of sergeants. So after he killed maybe 1/4 of them I withdrew them too and had my longbowmen shoot him point blank until he died. I have no idea if he comes along this tough or if he had accumulated some sort of hitpoint traits along the way in my campaign.

How could you not realize he was that tough? William Wallace was the Chuck Norris of his time. (sorry ... had to...)![]()
