I've noticed that from time to time my speakers are sending out noises, sounding like from a movie or so. I didn't care much about it at first. I thought it's probably a website or something that has audio on it.

Then, today for example when I was watching some photos on my computer, sound is coming out of the speakers again. It sounds like russian or something. An old guy is talking to someone, and another is receiving and talking back. You can clearly hear the "fuzz" that comes out when a radio is turned on, when they are talking. It's spooky and I'm beginning to get paranoid. Is the russians watching or something?!

I live in Sweden and it's not far from Russia. Is it possible that my speakers are picking up radio transmissions?

I'm bloody paranoid and frightened by this.

When I had my dial-up internal modem I would occasionally have heavy transport vehicles using radios talking to each other and hearing them crystal-clear through my modem, not through the headphones but actually from the modem!

it used to happen to me. music would randomly start playing. just repeating i keep bleeding love. i keep keep bleeding love, you cut me open. for hours and hours

I live in the United States, and this has never happened to me before. Something similar did happen to me, I'll give you an example: I was browsing several forums (with several windows), and I start hearing this music. I thought to myself, that sounds like it's from Gladiator, the movie. Well, I closed one of my tabs/windows, and it wouldn't stop. I knew it wasn't from Total War Center either, but I closed that anyway. I found out that the music was from a guild website I was browsing. It was nice to listen to, that's for sure.

Well, anyway. Are you sure it sounded like it was in Russian? That's odd. It would freak me out if I heard it, lol. From my speakers, and no one else at the house, or if they were, asleep....

In Australia I have these wireless headphones, see, and when I turn off the thingy that comunicates with the other thingy (my PC) my headphones pick up other signals, sometimes people talking in different languages, but usually indian (well I wouldn't know cuz I'm ignorant ) music.

Are Indians spying on me? Well if they're the women who are doing the singing then I have no problem with it at all .

P.S Try moving your speakers around to see if they still pick up signals in different places of the room.

My speakers make noise when my cell phone connects to a tower but that's about it.

yeah my old speakers used to pick up radio waves from some nearby radio towers and i would get some random FM channel with bad music

joke aside, the only time when iam having these "noises" are when my
phone gets some sort of signal from far away whitout ringing

Any russian-swedes here that have the same issue that might translate ??
At first I thought it was the police or something but listening more closely I noticed that they were not talking Swedish.

I to live in sweden and somtimes I hear strange things from my speakers but it's hard to hear what it is cause I always listen to music but i's not coming from the songs because it's sounds I haven't heard before, sometimes when it's really clear that there is strange sounds i turn of the music to se if it's from the webpage im on put then it's gone. but i's been a long time since the last time something like that happend

yea I know, you press your ear against the speaker, turns up the sound, but still remains the same sound level. I think the Russians are spying on us. The 1980+ soviet nuclear submarine that crashed on our shore was no accident or drunken russians. We should contact SÄPO!

I don't think they are spying on us.
I think they are simply using a freq that we can sometimes pick up.
If anything it us that are spying on them.

The wire on your speakers is probably acting as an aerial, it is really irritates you, wrap them in tin foil, might stop it.

Neh. I'll just learn Russian and try to hear what they are saying. Or, I could hook up with that russian/swedish chick from school and make her translate it.
