Yeahh.. apparently im using alot more disk space than it says so.. andyone reccomend any free anti spyware?

Spy Bouncer will detect spyware, malware, and adware, as well as viruses for you for free. If you want to get rid of it, pay $9 I believe to get the access code to then get rid of it.

I highly recommend it.

try spybot, ad-aware, or ccleaner.

Yeah Spybot Search and Destroy, Zone Alarm, AVG, Avast. All good, all free, but the last is heavy and slow (but very effective).

I'm a big fan of Avast anti-virus. I know some people have problems with it but it's working quite nicely with me and it's not a resource hog. Also yes I know it's not really an anti-spyware program but it's all in the same business...
Moved to the basement, too...

Ad-Aware, AVG (Try to get the 7.5 Version if possible), Spybot Search and Destroy, all free and very useful.

And for internet browsing, Use Firefox 3 with Mcafee Site Advisor.
