Money dissapearing for no reason?

I'm playing as Scotland and it was working fine the first few turns, then i started to lose money like crazy... I looked in the console and EVERY turn its taking away 5k through the add_money... I haven't made any deals to pay tribute to anyone or anything like that... I dont see why its taking this money away. I'm not using any mods besides SS, anyone know whats going on? :hmmm:

This looks like the pirates script mis-firing.

Go here and read the entire first post. Then read it again so you understand it.

Install the revised quark's traits and cut and paste the relevant pirates file into the places as indicated.

Then start a new campaign.

Alright well I just tried to copy and paste that "plugin" into the campaign script where the original was and it didn't fix it... (Yes I started a new game...) Then I even tried to just install his whole traits redo mod and it didn't fix it either.... (Once again I started a new game...) If i just completely delete that whole Pirates section in the campaign_script is it going to mess anything up? This is one of the most pointless events I have seen and I would rather just butcher it out at this point after all the grief it has gave me.
