Default Flying Forts (BUG) + MINIMAP (bug)

[I am using SS.6.1 and nothing else.]

Near the pass between Milan and Bern (the mountain pass), there is a natural choke-point to fend of the Roman empire if you have settlements in italy. However if you build a fort up in these mountains, when you fight in the area the fort is REALLY messed up.

I have tried this several times, always the same result on that spot.
I guess it is the natural terrain mod (or whats it is called) that is a part of SS

(The minimap is also partly black in some areas in the mountain.)

Take a look. This is the spot where things go wrong.

    UFO- FORT.

The fort does not work at all, you can not stand on the walls, can not man the towers. Only thing to do is to leave the fort and fight outside.

To be honest, I did not understand a word about what you just said, but thanks to google and wikipedia I am now much wiser It was a good comparison, and yes, a bit surrealistic feeling.

Anyway, have anyone else noticed that Archers are very dumb in SS?
I know they were retarded in vanilla, but here, it's like a mental illness.

They do not follow orders, at all, to get em to fire at the correct target you have to give the order to each archer unit, marking 3 at one time and giving orders rarely work. (in castles/settlements)
