Yes, you can now choose between several different map looks for your ideal performance/asthetics balance.

Will there be anything done about snow balling and stack spam in the late game? Last time i played it wasnt that big of a deal actually for me but other AI factions that get very large start doing that.

Well, AI is supposed to have an easier time than the player with the economy, did you use the reduced AI bonus option?

A very rough video of the "rebel rabble" feature we're testing: https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resi...int=file%2cflv

A new test build is available: https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resi...t=folder%2cexe

It contains an overhaul of greek colonies in the map, reflecting historically accurate settlements in 275 BCE.

The link to that new test build is a dud for me. You ought to try and re-upload it at some point, I think.

Hello everyone! I recently installed the Extended Cultures mod and I'm playing as the Gauls. However, I noticed that the battles seem a bit buggy or at least something is wrong. The units don't tend to listen to commands very well, and if a few units at the front are engaged, the 100+ units in the back don't do anything and I am unable to surround enemy units.

    Thank you!

Are you using guard mode on your units? It makes them hold a formation rather than move and search for a target.

    Can you post a screenshot?

We're going to need more informations to help:

    Which version are you using?
    What exe did you install?
What options did you use for the installer?

I don't know, it seems the units are a bit sluggish and unresponsive. Also was not using guard mode. I'll try again later this afternoon and see if anything changed.

Difficulty for the campaign is Hard/Hard.

I'm using the version on the download page XC4 1.12

The options I used for the installer are: Faster Movement Rates, Prometheus Cities and the one that makes the borders stand out more.

I installed the Steam option and set the launch option -show_err -nm -mod:xc

So you're using RTW exe, not BI or Alex?

Does vanilla give you the same problem?
