Forced diplomacy in M2TW?

I love the game but I can't stand the AI and their crazy fight to the death and betray foreign policy. I loved forced diplomacy in the mods for RTW, and I was wondering if there was a way to get it for M2TW so I don't have to fight a war of attrition against the entire world. I like to take my time and build my empire the way I want to, not expand in all directions from the beginning.

There was a thread that showed how it was done, and I used force diplomacy in RTW. I'm not sure if you could do the same thing with MTW2 though.

I would like to have it for this.

Improved diplomacy? well I would prefer total control... Is there no way to do it?

I guess it's somthing to force a diplomatic deal.

its a cheat that you enter into the console to automatically force the AI to accept or decline a proposal, useful for getting those dam vassalages or forcing them to give you ever single one of their cities

Right, but why would you do that? Unless you've owned them and you feel its only right they become your vassals, hm.
