Run it through MS word and change the font from whatever it may be into an English one...

Yeah, looks like one of the 'ornamental' fonts in Word. It's a nice idea, but I don't think you can decipher it that way. Anyway, still not RTW related, so maybe this topic should be closed?

Yep, I got it at the end, Word Fonts. it's says:

Looks like it's in some Wingdings-style font, yeah. You'll want to try changing your font to a readable one, or look up each symbol manually in character maps. Using this chart I Googled for, it does indeed seem to be Wingdings, and it begins "How many . . ."
