I noticed that in --Progress-- thread reads that 5-10% of traits and ancillaries have already been made. I'm not sure who is making them but I'll give here some of my own ideas.
First titles, that means ancillary or trait which you get to your general or family member if he stays couple turns in settlement. This can be get only if some other general or family member doesn't already have it.
Silvan Elves, High Elves and Dwarves
Lord of Mithlond
Lord of Rivendell
Lord of Lórien
Lord of Ered Ethring
Lord of Gundabad
And so on for every city and castle...
As an exception general or family member who stays couple turns in Erebor should have this title.
King of Erebor or
King under the Mountain
Kingdom of Rohan, Kingdom of Dale and Eriador
Hmm, maybe
Duke will do it...
Duke of Wold
Duke of Westfold
Duke of Breeland
And so on for every city and castle...
And there's exceptions.
Master of Lake-town
Lord of Dale
Lord of Edoras
Gondor
Title
Lord of Minas Tirith should only be available for faction leader only
Lord of Emyn Arnen
Lord of Pelargir
Lord of Lossarnach
Lord of Dol Amroth
And so on for every city and castle...
Mordor, Isengard, Orcs of Misty Mountains, Rhûn and Harad
Chieftain of Nurn
Chieftain of Cirith Ungol
Cieftain of Carn Dûm
And so on for every city and castle...
And there's exceptions.
Lord of Barad-dûr
Lord of Minas Morgul
Lord of Dol Guldur
Lord of Umbar
Lord of Orthanc

Then some traits for leaders of factions.
Gondor
Steward of Gondor
Kingdom of Rohan
King of the Mark (if we are accurate this title fits better than
King of Rohan, because rohirrim called their land Mark, Rohan was name given by people of Gondor)
Kingdom of Dale
King of Dale
Eriador
Chieftain of the Dúnedain (this is difficult because Eriador actually wasn't faction and if I have to choose between
Thain,
Major of Michel Delving and
Chieftain of the Dúnedain, I will choose
Chieftain of the Dúnedain)
Dwarves
King of Durin's Folk
High Elves
High King of Noldor (that would sound epic, in theory Elrond was
High King of Noldor even he didn't have that title or rulership of Lindon)
Silvan Elves
King of the Woodland Realm (my opinion is that Thranduil should be faction leader of Silvan Elves because he had heir and Celeborn didn't have, though Elladan, Elrohir and Arwen were his grand children)
Mordor
Dark Lord of Mordor
Isengard
Lord of Orthanc (sorry, couldn't make up anything better

)
Orcs of Misty Mountains
Orc-chieftain of Gundabad (sorry, couldn't make up anything better

)
Harad
Chieftain of Harad
Rhûn
Chieftain of Rhûn
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Then some race and misc. traits.
Gandalf the Grey, Radagast the Brown and Saruman the White
Istari
Maia
Dwarves
All dwarves of royal family and almost every general should have this trait.
Longbeard
Dwarves of Durin's Folk were called
Longbeards.
Some few generals and adopted family members should have another of these traits.
Firebeard
Broadbeam
Dwarves of Ered Luin during First Age were called
Firebeards and
Broadbeams.
Royal house of stewards, royal house of Dol Amroth and chieftains of the Dúnedain
Dúnedain
This could also be given rarely to generals and adopted family members because there were only few pure dúnedain left in Gondor.
