I'd have stuff like
:Thou shalt not kill
:Thou shalt not kill in my name (this one would be the most important)
:Thou shalt be tolerant of others
:Thou shalt believe in equality
:Thou shalt endeveour to learn
:Thou shalt not steal
:Thou shalt not name their children "Wally"
:Thou shalt be kind

And my philosophy would revolce around equality in the like.

The only problem with laying down these rules is that they are relative. So if someone really wants to they can find a way around them.

Though if I was a god I certainly wouldn't make the mistake of creating a religion.
