strengthening the rebels

Hi There,

How can I strengthen the rebels in MTW2, so that they are harder to defeat? Do I just give them more starting money in descr_strat? Or are there other ways to make them less easy to defeat?

The best way of going about it is to allow them to not stay in their settlements forever and to allow them construction of buildings and units.
Then you want to give them a money script.

AI files will not get you further.
