This map nothing but there are maps out there that are important to the mod I was just starting this thread with a world map.

Lol, if Big Red 1 is in First Age Total War team Morgoth will be Barney . But seriously, is somebody thinking about of making First Age: Total War mod for Empire: TW when it comes out? If not, maybe when this team has finished this mod (after several updates ofcourse) maybe next project could be First Age:TW.

Btw, here's map of western parts of Middle Earth, this is very useful for modding team, though I've already posted this to dev forums.

That map is a bit wierd, Rohan is still part of Gondor, and no minas tirith and minas morgul but the old ithil and anor. No dale, and erebor.

That map is made by finnish guy called Sampsa Rydman, he has made it to used for some LotR RPG game. Pretty much all names in east, north and south are made up. There's some finnish words in most northern parts... But this gives great names for cities in east and west, they are made up mostly but this is best we got.

By the end of the Third Age, most of the elves that had lived in Edhellond had passed on into the west, and the area had fallen under the dominion of Gondor. Morthond was the Sindarin name for the Blackroot river - the town you are thinking of was Erech, which is included in the beta map.

Well,the Unfinished Tales say this:

...the haven in the south,where many of his own people come long ago.'They are now diminished,for most have set sail into the West;but the remnant of them still build ships and offer passage to any of their kin...

And you are right about Erech,I seem to have forgotten.
