In 6 months the first beta, in 15 months a almost complete version.

I think it is far better if the team make a mod of excellent quality, that takes a long time to release; than a rushed, unfinished mod, which is released early!

My thoughts exactly. TA mentioned a couple of months ago there was a slight possibility that EB2 would be released before 2008. In other words, don't expect it until half-way 2009.

Well I don't think it will take as much time as EB1 took, because they've basicly done most of the work, they'll just need to convert it to M2TW.

I personally don't mind when its going to be released, but I hope that they will soon give out some previews because this does look very exciting.

well the problem is convert units for mtw2 can be very tricky and time consuming, i would say 1 year for a possible beta... but shouting dates here its a shot in the dark....

I would be very very surprised to see it come out before summer 09, maybe it'll come out around the same time frame as the release for RTR 7

Heh, to the local moderators, can we get one of these threads stickied. I come back to check on any progress every two or three weeks and there is always a new "speculation on release thread" every time. I keep thinking someone has posted a possible release date, then I become very sad.
